EPC PROCESS

We can schedule your energy assessment at a time to suit you. 

2. The Assessment

An assessment usually lasts around 30-45 minutes at your property.  


3. Calculations

After visiting your property we will carry out the necessary calculations, this will give us an energy rating along with some recommendations for energy efficiency improvements.

4. Publishing

Finally, after the survey and calculations are complete we can then publish your report to the central database where it will be valid for 10 years.
